About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and analytical Foodservice Head Office Account Manager to join our team and lead the growth of key national accounts. Reporting to the Foodservice Sales Manager, this role is pivotal in building strong customer relationships, uncovering insights through data analysis, and driving strategic initiatives that deliver real business results.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage Key Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with national customers, conduct quarterly reviews, and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive Insights: Analyse category and customer data to uncover trends, optimise SKUs, and support the sales team with actionable insights.
- Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate on sales forecasting and ensure accuracy across key accounts.
- Marketing Activation: Partner with the Marketing Team to launch new products, campaigns, and monitor performance.
- Innovation Leadership: Contribute to new product development by providing market insights and supporting the NPD process.
What We’re Looking For:
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce.
- 3+ years’ experience in Foodservice Category Management or Account Management.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing forecasts.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in FMCG or Foodservice environments preferred.
