About the Role
As our new Logistic Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and information across our network. From managing freight to supporting inventory forecasting and financial coordination, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes, reduce delays, and help us scale efficiently as we expand our distribution footprint.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage shipping, import/export, and customs documentation
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory accuracy and forecasting
- Coordinate freight volumes and MTO processes to ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with finance on freight cost reconciliation and AR/AP processes
- Support the transition and management of our MRP system
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and supplier teams to improve supply chain performance
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory coordination
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Strong communication, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
- Eligibility to work in Australia and willingness to travel interstate if needed
