We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support – Food Service specialist to provide exceptional support to our New Zealand Food Service Sales team.

About the Role
This role ensures accurate and timely order execution, strong communication with internal and external customers, and contributes to the smooth running of our Food Service division. You’ll be the primary point of contact for Food Service customers, supporting the sales team and ensuring orders are processed and delivered in full, on time.
This role is responsible for:
- Processing customer sales orders and work orders in internal systems
- Coordinating with production planners and freight companies.
- Communicating order status, dispatch confirmations, and resolving freight queries
- Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, including Certificates of Analysis
- Assist with monthly sales forecasts data preparation
- Monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate pricing and product data
- Supporting new product introductions and deletions, including customer communication
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service, administration, or sales support
- Strong Excel skills and confidence with data analysis
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-friendly tone
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to use initiative
- A friendly, approachable personality and ability to work well with others
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and contribute ideas
- Understanding of forecasting, stock management, and order processing preferred.
