About the Role

As part of the Corporate Affairs team, you will play a key role in supporting our teams with contract management and operational legal advice. You’ll help structure internal practices, implement tailored legal tools, and promote a strong legal culture across the company.

What You’ll Do

• Review, draft, and manage a variety of contracts (customer agreements, supplier contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements).

• Provide practical legal advice to internal teams on commercial law, compliance, and risk management.

• Collaborate with external legal experts for complex matters.

• Develop templates, processes, and tools to improve legal efficiency.

• Raise legal awareness through training or workshops.

• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with NZ regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

• Experience: Previous experience through internships or clerkships

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of contract and commercial law

  • Excellent drafting and communication skills

  • Ability to explain legal concepts clearly and pragmatically

  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and organised

  • Collaborative mindset and proactive approach
