We’re excited to be searching for a Foodservice & Export Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will lead brand strategy, innovation, and activation for Barker’s Professional and support growth across our Foodservice NZ and Export portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
· Leading the development and delivery of annual Foodservice brand plans aligned to commercial strategy
· Building and stewarding brand equity for Barker’s Professional across all Foodservice touchpoints
· Planning and executing insight‑led, best‑practice marketing activity tailored to Foodservice and B2B channels
· Driving innovation and new product development in partnership with cross‑functional teams — from concept to launch
· Supporting Export growth through packaging innovation, and market‑specific marketing initiatives
· Embedding brand plans into sales execution, launches, and trade activation
· Managing marketing budgets, measuring ROI, and turning insights into meaningful action
· Building strong internal and external relationships, including distributors, agencies, and trade partners
· Being an active, engaged team member across Marketing and Sales
What We’re Looking For
· Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
· 4+ years’ experience in brand or marketing roles, ideally within Foodservice, B2B, or FMCG
· Strong experience across brand strategy, ATL/BTL activation, innovation, and digital
· Commercial acumen, budget ownership, and confidence measuring ROI
· Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
· Curious, proactive, and passionate about food and food trends
· A collaborative, pragmatic operator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
