We’re looking for a motivated, commercially minded Trade Activation & Digital Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. This hands‑on role plays a key part in executing trade campaigns, customer activations and digital programmes that drive demand, conversion and growth within the Foodservice channel.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, distributors, and external partners, you’ll ensure Barker’s Professional is consistently activated, visible and impactful across digital platforms, trade environments, and customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver trade campaigns, promotions, trade shows and customer activations aligned to
sales and category priorities
· Own and manage Foodservice digital channels including website, email and social platforms
· Execute always‑on and campaign‑based digital activity to build awareness and support demand
generation
· Create or brief content including digital assets, recipes, menus, case studies and launch materials
· Support go‑to‑market planning and execution for NPD launches within the Foodservice channel
· Work closely with distributors, buying groups and key trade customers on activation initiatives
· Monitor performance and report on key campaigns, activations and digital activity to demonstrate
ROI
· Collaborate closely with the wider Marketing, Sales, R&D and Australian Foodservice teams
What We’re Looking For
· Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field
· Experience in B2B marketing, Foodservice, FMCG, trade marketing or digital marketing roles
preferred
· Experience planning and executing trade campaigns and customer activations
· Strong digital capability across email, social, content management and analytics tools
· Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
