About the Role

Barker’s is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our busy manufacturing team. This exciting opportunity is perfect for candidates eager to learn new skills and grow within a leading company specializing in high-quality fruit products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery

• Assemble, pack, and inspect goods to company standards

• Accurately document and label products

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures

• Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

• Assist with inventory and general warehouse duties

• Report equipment issues promptly

What You’ll Need

• No factory experience required – full training provided

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team

• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime
